INSPIRING GREATNESS is our award winning live leadership training that provides an interactive opportunity for organisational leaders to clarify their company vision, determine their values and strategic direction, all whilst also powerfully determining the current reality of the business and the people within it.
Using the INSIGHT gained from your complimentary HAVE YOUR SAY SURVEY, we reveal the findings and share simple strategic pathways for you to fulfil your desired success.
INSPIRING GREATNESS is a highly engaging and interactive retreat where each leader is immersed in our two main architectures for growth. These include BUSINESS ALCHEMY - the 6 EMPOWERED LEADERSHIP PRACTICES and the 3 ELEMENTS OF SUCCESS. Each leader will complete a BUSINESS ALCHEMY PERSONAL ASSESSMENT and all will walk away equipped with a 90 day, easy to implement strategy for growth. We also increase the level of actualisation and support by implementing an accountability buddy system.

ORIENTATION
In our first session we reveal the course curriculum, unpack your individual training intentions and share the results of your HAVE YOUR SAY SURVEY.

Session two is all about exploring the importance of clarifying your vision, values, financial goals, strategic plan and turning your shoulds into musts.

DEVOTE
Session three unpacks two key elements of devotion within your business. Here we provide a step-by-step guide on what you must have in place to retain for your internal team as well as explore how to recruit great external talent.

DEDICATE
Session four breaks down six different leadership styles and explores the behaviours and characteristics of the most effective business influencers.

DEVELOP
Session five explores the strategic individual and collective development strategies leaders need to implement to support the effective growth of their people and their business.

DECIDE
Session six is all about effective evaluation. What you must assess within your people, productivity, performance and profitability and strategies to ensure you systematically work both in and on the business.

DESERVE
Session seven is where we look at the importance of embracing mistakes and celebrating success. Here we unpack effective reward and recognition systems, the five languages of appreciation and how leaders can keep their people's greatness inspired during tough and uncertain times.

STRATEGY FOR SUCCESS
In our final session you will design a clear pathway to progress across our BUSINESS ALCHEMY - our 6 Empowered Leadership Practices. This includes creating your A3 90 Day Action Plan to ensure you systematically actualise all that you learned through the training program.
